the various innovative actions taken by Hindusthan Sweets
& Concern, invention of Herbal Sweets has marked an
era. Sweetmeats made of medicinal herbs like Kulekhara,
Susna, Arjun, carrot, Tulsi, soya, Brahmi, etc.. etc.
have enhanced the life-span free of ailments and anxiety.
These herbal sweets have become very much popular and
largely needed not only in India but also throughout the
global market. "Misti Doi" made with Tulsi has
added glory in our research products. Our research work
then continuing and will march on forever .
A Research & Development team consisting of the
food technology department of Jadavpur University &
our highly qualified chemists are working on the state
of the art technology & day to day analysis &
research.

Subsequently
we have installed a Microbiological Lab after our "Quality
Control Lab" achieved a global standard success.
We sale and market only those sweets which is passed by
our quality control lab and the latest addition "Microbiological
Lab" which started functioning from 26.08.03. This
is for the first time in India in sweetmeat industry that
such testing laboratories exist.
