Hindusthan Sweets & Concern has the distinction of being the FIRST business establishment in India for introducing partially mechanized process of sweets confectionery. It strictly controls quality of its products, by modern technology. Our team leader who masterminded all the plans and projects, Sri Rabindra Kumar Paul, deserves a high credit service to the humanity and suffering people with different ailments has always been our motto since the inception of the organization. Hindusthan Sweets & Concern is the benevolent employer, looking after workers' interest from every point of view. There are around 150 employees working for Hindusthan Sweets & Concern.

A Santhal boy has been sponsored for his education and livelihood by Hindusthan Sweets & Concern. The boy was brought up by his mother. His father absconded at early age. His mother educated her son by working at different homes as a maid-servant. He passed out in 1st division at school final (secondary level) securing 60% and above. His mother could not afford to continue his study further. Hindusthan Sweets & Concern has taken the entire responsibility of this boy for his education and livelihood in the year 2000. Next year i.e., 2001 Hindusthan Concern has sponsored another needy student like him, and the trend will continue.
