Golapjam looks similar to Ledikini but is made purely of khoya or kheer. The fried balls of khoya are then soaked in sugar syrup. To add the flavour of cardamom and saffron to the ghee golapjam we add both the ingredients in the sugar syrup prior to soaking the khoya balls.
