Prepared with a mixture of all-purpose flour, milk and koya (solidified kheer), the item is fried and then soaked in sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom. The mixture is fried in a way that the inner part of the Ghee Sarbhaja remains soft and melts in the mouth easily.
